Talksy Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
DABLAB NY INC and Talksy are fully committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) within our app.
Our CSAE Standards:
• Explicit Prohibition: Talksy strictly prohibits child sexual abuse, exploitation, or grooming activities. Any attempt to share, solicit, or promote such content results in immediate removal and reporting to law enforcement.
• Reporting Mechanisms: Talksy users can report any suspected CSAE content using the in-app feedback and reporting features. All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.
• Prompt Action: When Talksy receives actual knowledge of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), DABLAB NY INC will take immediate action to remove such content and report incidents to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or relevant authorities.
• Legal Compliance: Talksy and DABLAB NY INC comply with all applicable child safety laws and industry standards. Our CSAE policies are reviewed regularly to reflect legal and regulatory changes.
• Point of Contact: For CSAE concerns, contact our designated Child Safety Officer at hi@letstalksy.com. This individual is authorized to answer enforcement questions and take necessary action on CSAE reports or notifications from users or platform partners.
• Policy Transparency: This page is publicly available, regularly updated, and explicitly references Talksy and DABLAB NY INC to meet
Google Play’s CSAE policy requirements.
