Welcome to Talksy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Talksy mobile application and related services (“App” or “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using Talksy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by your jurisdiction) to use Talksy. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Account Registration

To use Talksy’s paid calling features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Paid Services & Billing

a. Subscriptions and Payments

Talksy offers paid calling services through subscriptions or pay-as-you-go credits. Prices and billing details are provided within the App. All payments are processed securely via third-party payment platforms (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe).

b. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your device’s settings.

c. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

4. Use of Services

You agree not to:

Use the App for spam, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful activity

Access or use the Service for any commercial or reselling purpose without permission

Interfere with the integrity or performance of the App

Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of Talksy

5. Call Data & Privacy

Talksy does not record or store the content of your voice calls. We collect only call metadata (e.g., duration, timestamps) for billing and operational purposes. Please see our [Privacy Policy] for more information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software used in Talksy are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal use only.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Talksy at any time, with or without cause, notice, or liability, including if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate your account by uninstalling the App and ceasing use of the Services. Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay any outstanding fees.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Talksy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor the quality or reliability of any calls made through the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talksy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talksy, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of Talksy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].
